In keeping with tradition, CSLSA is able to pay for one night’s lodging for presenters from member schools. If a school is interested in joining CSLSA, please contact Treasurer Carolyn Dessin at [email protected] by the end of August. Provide Carolyn the name of the school, a contact person, and contact information. Your school will be provided an invoice by the beginning of September.
Transportation
The nearest local airport is the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA), which is approximately 30 miles from downtown Fayetteville. Limited taxis and shuttles are available on a first-come first-serve basis at the airport, so it is suggested you reserve in advance.

Shuttles will be provided between the hotel and conference, as well as between the conference and the hockey game.
Parking
Parking is available in several garages across campus. http://parking.uark.edu/parkmap.pdf. The nearest garage is on the corner of Cleveland and Garland. Lot and street parking (but not garage) is free throughout the campus on Saturday
